  • Captain William "Cole" Sisler

    Captain Cole Sisler serves as the master of Motor Yacht Kemosabe, having joined the vessel in December of 2022. Born and raised in the heart of the yachting capital—Fort Lauderdale, Florida—Cole’s lifelong connection to the ocean naturally led him to a distinguished career in the maritime industry. With over 15 years of professional yachting experience and more than a decade as a licensed captain, he has built a reputation for operational excellence, leadership, and a commitment to both guest experience and crew morale.

    Captain Cole holds a USCG 200-Ton Master Near Coastal License & a 500-Ton International License, accompanied by a wide array of professional endorsements and certifications, including STCW-95, Radar Observer Unlimited, HELM-M (Human Element Leadership & Management), and MEDPIC (Medical Person In Charge). In addition, he is a certified Divemaster with advanced training in Public Safety Diving, allowing him to work alongside local police and fire departments in various underwater recovery and support operations.

    Throughout his career, Cole has held key roles on a diverse range of motor yachts between 60 and 130 feet, contributing hands-on experience in areas such as marine salvage, commercial and recreational scuba diving, and onboard engineering, electrical and I.T/AV systems. His navigation experience spans the southeastern seaboard of the United States and extends throughout the Bahamas and parts of the Caribbean, making him exceptionally knowledgeable of the region’s cruising grounds.

    Captain Cole is known among colleagues and guests alike for his safety-first approach, attention to detail, clear communication, and calm demeanor. He fosters a respectful, upbeat, and professional work environment onboard, believing that a motivated and happy crew directly enhances the guest experience.

    When not at sea, Cole enjoys diving, freshwater fishing, and spending quality time with his wife, their two sons, and the family dog. His deep-rooted passion for the water, combined with technical expertise and leadership, makes him an invaluable asset to M/Y Kemosabe and a trusted captain for any journey.

  • Chief Stewardess Leah Chapin

    Leah is the Chief Stewardess aboard Motor Yacht Kemosabe, having joined the crew in October 2022 and quickly rising through the ranks to earn her promotion to Chief Stewardess in February 2025. Known for her vibrant energy, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Leah brings a dynamic presence to the interior team and ensures an exceptional onboard experience for guests and crew alike.

    Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Leah relocated at a young age to the rural town of Walla Walla, Washington, where she spent her formative years immersed in country living. Her upbringing on a small farm instilled in her a strong sense of responsibility, having grown up raising and showing livestock through local agricultural programs. These early experiences helped shape the discipline, poise, and leadership qualities that now serve her well in the yachting industry.

    After graduating from Walla Walla High School in June 2022, Leah set her sights on a life of adventure and travel. Driven by her passion for hospitality and the ocean, she made the bold decision to relocate to Florida to begin her journey in the maritime world. Since then, she has embraced the challenges and rewards of yacht life with enthusiasm and professionalism.

    Leah’s approach to service is warm, welcoming, and guest-focused. She takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards aboard Kemosabe, and her positive attitude is infectious. When not onboard, she enjoys discovering new destinations, spending time on the water, and continuing to learn and grow within the yachting industry.

    With her unique blend of small-town grit and global ambition, Leah exemplifies what it means to be a modern yacht stewardess and a valued leader within the crew of Kemosabe.

  • 1st Mate Nicolas Gonzalez

    Nico proudly serves as the First Mate aboard M/Y Kemosabe, having joined the vessel in October 2024. Born in Boca Raton and raised just a few miles north in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Nico’s deep connection to the ocean began at an early age. Growing up along the South Florida coastline, he spent his formative years immersed in a lifestyle centered around the water—boating, surfing, and fishing were not just hobbies, but a way of life.

    Driven by a passion for marine environments and a desire to protect the waters he called home, Nico spent several years working with 4Ocean, a globally recognized organization dedicated to cleaning the world's oceans and coastlines. His time with 4Ocean strengthened his commitment to marine conservation and fueled his interest in expanding his career on the water.

    Eager to take the helm of his professional journey, Nico obtained his U.S. Coast Guard 100 Gross Ton Master’s License, equipping him with the credentials and confidence to operate a wide range of vessels. His knowledge spans various types of boats, and his natural leadership, hands-on experience, and strong technical skills make him an invaluable asset to the Kemosabe crew.

    Nico is known not only for his maritime expertise but also for his approachable and charismatic personality. Whether navigating a tender run or assisting guests onboard, he creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, ensuring that everyone feels at ease in his presence.

    When he’s not onboard, Nico enjoys teeing off on the golf course with friends, spending quality time with his family, or exploring the local sandbars with his two dogs aboard his personal boat—still finding every opportunity to be out on the water.

  • Deck/Stew Abigail Bogard

    Abi joined Motor Yacht Kemosabe in 2025, bringing with her a genuine warmth and passion for guest service that perfectly complements the yacht's exceptional onboard experience. Born in a small town in Indiana, Abi’s early years were grounded in Midwestern values and strong family ties. At the age of eight, her family relocated to the lush coastlines of Costa Rica, where she spent the next decade immersed in the country’s natural beauty and rich culture. There, she developed a deep appreciation for the ocean, learning to surf and embracing a simple, nature-focused lifestyle.

    In February of 2022, Abi made the move to Fort Lauderdale to pursue a professional career in yachting. Since entering the industry, she has thrived in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, consistently recognized for her positive energy, attention to detail, and calm, composed demeanor. Abi takes great pride in curating a warm and welcoming atmosphere on board, ensuring every guest feels not only comfortable but genuinely cared for.

    Her passion for hospitality, combined with her international upbringing and strong interpersonal skills, make Abi an invaluable part of the Kemosabe crew. Whether assisting with daily service, helping coordinate guest activities, or ensuring cabins are immaculate, Abi is committed to creating memorable experiences at sea.

    A freelance chef specializing in bespoke culinary experiences for charters throughout the Bahamas. From intimate sunset dinners to week-long luxury excursions, Emily crafts custom menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients and global flavors—ensuring every meal is as unforgettable as the journey itself.

    Chef Emily joined Motor Yacht Kemosabe in March of 2025, bringing with her an impressive culinary résumé and a deep passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences at sea. A seasoned freelance chef, Emily specializes in bespoke, guest-driven cuisine for luxury charters throughout the Bahamas and beyond. Whether preparing an intimate candlelit dinner on a secluded beach or curating a full week of elevated menus for a high-end charter, she artfully combines fresh, locally sourced ingredients with global flavors to ensure each meal is as memorable as the voyage itself.

    Before stepping into the world of yachting, Emily established herself as a private chef in Los Angeles, where she catered to an elite clientele with a wide array of dietary needs and personal preferences. Her versatility and creativity shine through in every dish—ranging from vibrant, health-conscious fare to indulgent, multi-course tasting menus. Emily is particularly skilled at curating culinary experiences that reflect the tastes, moods, and occasions of her guests, always with attention to presentation and balance.

    Originally from Colorado, Emily’s culinary journey began in her mother’s kitchen, where she first discovered the joy of bringing people together through food. That early spark evolved into a lifelong pursuit of excellence in the kitchen, enriched by her travels and cultural exploration. Today, she divides her time between the Bahamas and Los Angeles, drawing inspiration from both coastal and global cuisines. Her approachable style, combined with a refined palate and warm hospitality, makes her an indispensable part of the Kemosabe crew.

    Originally from Colorado, Emily's love for cooking started in my mother’s kitchen. Now based between Los Angeles and the Bahamas, she brings that same warmth and creativity to every dish served on board.

  • Chef Kealan O'Boyle

    Originally from Kansas City, I bring a deep-rooted passion for culinary arts shaped by a diverse background in kitchens across the United States. With over a decade of experience in the food and hospitality industry, I’ve had the opportunity to operate and lead several successful restaurants, refining my skills in everything from menu development and kitchen management to guest experience and team leadership.

    Prior to transitioning into the yachting world, I served as a corporate chef overseeing multiple high-volume venues. This role allowed me to sharpen my ability to execute elevated cuisine under pressure while catering to a wide variety of dietary needs and regional tastes.

    Now aboard yachts, I specialize in crafting personalized, guest-focused menus that blend global inspiration with seasonal ingredients. I maintain an open kitchen policy and genuinely enjoy connecting with guests—your requests, ideas, and feedback are always welcome.

    When I’m back home, you’ll often find me in the garden tending to fresh vegetables or relaxing with my dogs. I believe that great food is a shared experience, and it’s my goal to make every meal memorable, whether it's a casual beachside BBQ or a multi-course fine dining experience under the stars
